- Instructions: Fill heads with crumpled newspaper (or other paper). Use small twist tie to close around neck. Poke long tie through corners and center of head and gather together leaving long strand to hang ghost.
Each ghost is about 1.5 feet long (18 inches). Comes with 18 ghosts and 36 twist ties.
