How to Negotiate Prices
Ways you can offer us a lower price for a product.
There are two ways you can offer a lower price for a product. You can use the Make Offer button on the product detail page to offer a lower price, or you can use the Questions tab on the product detail page (above the product description and below the product images) to send us an email with your offer.
- Registered Customers may use either method.
- Guests (unregistered customers) are able to use the Questions tab method only.
- Both methods are equally viable.
* Whichever method you use, be sure to enter your valid email address and to check your junk/spam email folder if you do not receive your reply soon. You may want to use your email options to set email@example.com as a Safe Sender.

The Make Offer feature allows our customers to offer a lower price than our asking price… almost like they are haggling prices at a real Texas Yard Sale!
There is a button below the Add To Cart button on each product page. Click the MAKE US AN OFFER button and a window will open where you can read further instructions and submit your offer price.
First, make sure you are viewing the product page. If you are viewing a list of products in a category, click on the product so you can view it’s product page. The Make Offer button is below the large Add To Cart button on the product page.
There are occasionally some products which will not have a Make Offer button available.
- Out of Stock products
- Products with quantity discounts available
- Products with different buy options
Your username is your email address. If you have forgotten your password, just click here and we will send a link to your registered email address which will allow you to reset your password and regain access to our websites.
We use your contact information to authorize your credit card transaction, to know where and to whom your purchase(s) need to be shipped, and to contact you regarding your purchase if needed. We will never contact you by phone. Your phone number is needed because it is usually required by the shipping company (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
If you are a registered customer and you opted to join our e-mail list, your e-mail address will be used (only by us) to send you e-mail notifications of new features and special offers from our company.
Questions and Answers about Coupon Codes
Register as a new customer and use coupon code Welcome20 to get 20% off of your first order!
You must enter the code into your shopping cart page (once you have something in your cart) where it says Use Coupon Code. Click on Use Coupon Code and then enter the code. Note: The coupon code is not case sensitive.
Please note that you have to be logged in for the coupon to work.
If you don’t use your New Customer Registration coupon code on your first order, don’t worry, it is yours to keep until you wish to use it. Use it on your next order, or save it for a larger purchase you plan on making later.
Yes! Your coupon code(s) will work on sale items and quantity discounted items, and you can even take advantage of the free shipping if your final subtotal is enough to meet the current free shipping threshold advertised at the top of the page.
Yes, you can use more than one coupon code per your order. On your Shopping Cart page, click on Use Coupon Code, then type your coupon code into the blank, then click Apply Coupon. Repeat the procedure for each coupon you have.
You must be one of our Registered Customers to use any coupon codes you might have. You must be logged into the website for the coupon codes to work. Coupon codes will not work if you are checking out as a Guest.
Other Questions and Answers
Please check your e-mail program's junk e-mail or spam folder, and then we recommend setting your e-mail options to allow e-mail from our website. If you've waited at least 10 minutes and you still have not received the e-mail, please click here to contact us using the e-mail address associated with your order and we will help you resolve the issue.
If you are a registered customer, you can view your order history, which is a list of your previous orders, by visiting your My Account page (for which there is also a link at the top of each web page).
At this time, we do not have a way for Guest customers (customers without a registered account) to view their previous orders. Guest customers, please save your order confirmation emails for your records.
All orders ship out by the next business day. For example... if you place your order on Monday, your package will ship out on Tuesday. If you place your order on Friday, your order will ship out on the upcoming Monday. If you place your order on a Sunday, and Monday happens to be a holiday, then your order will ship out on Tuesday.
